The Total Composure Orchestra (TCO) is a full orchestral sample library created using only samples that are in the public domain. Total Composure is the first to offer such a library exclusively for the Kontakt format; making use of Kontakt’s scripting capabilities to greatly enhance the playability, realism, and functionality of these public domain samples.
The scripting aims to provide similar functionality across the different instrument groups, whatever the instrument; while more specific settings play to the strength of each instrument.
Most of the instruments only contain one set of samples per articulation, and some only have one recorded dynamic layer – this is one of the many limitations we have found with using public domain samples. We have overcome these issues using a variety of physical modeling techniques that enhance the audio material. Using dynamic filters and intelligent repetition scripting we have removed the limitation of single dynamic recordings and solitary sample sets.
Although we have put a lot of work into this product it is important to remember that at its core are the samples provided free of charge by a small number of people. Total Composure has gathered these samples from various locations and brought them all to one place where they can be used together.
Get your hands on a fully functional Beaotic kit without digging into your pockets!
The LMFree faithfully reproduces the sound of the LinnDrum “LM-2” – the legendary drum machine which can be heard on countless productions since the early 80s. The LMFree provides all the sounds found in the original LinnDrum, in the same high quality as in any other Beaotic Kit.
For this kit we wanted to try something a little different. We’ve laid out the sounds on the keyboard in a way that mimics how the LinnDrum works. This means that a sound may have two or four different midi notes with different levels. We actually found that it’s a fun way to play the instrument.
The only limitation compared to other Beaotic kits is that LMFree has fewer sounds, leaving some keys silent.
Free VSTi made by Jason Morin with the Maize Sampler. Contains the natural samples of my Baby Piano free sample set.
The Baby Piano is a Chinese Toy Piano. I found it at a flea market and it obviously has seen better days. There are 2 keys missing, its casing is worn out and there are loose parts in it. The sound is not even from one key to another partly because the mechanism of some keys is damaged and it’s also not in tune. This means that the Baby Piano VST corresponds to the “Real white keys” program of the free set, the real acoustic Baby Piano mapped from G3 to F5 only on white keys. The pitch heard does not match the key pressed except for G3 and it has velocity layers.

Do you remember the days when we used the top of a table as a drum kit?
The Table Tops plugin brings that memory back to life.
Table Tops is a virtual instrument that was created from real table tops giving you instant access to those good ole table drumming days! You will find inspiration with various articulations from pen hits, table bar hits, closing the table and so much more.
Table Tops has character, texture, punch, and unique sounds! Equipped with onboard effects for easy shaping of the sounds and round robin sampling style Table Tops is a no brainer for any and every producer.
A completely new patch for Wremena. It’s similar to the Random Octaves patch from the main library, but here when you press one note it plays the same note in different ways, speed and dynamics. Also its X patch has a different from the Random Octave patch sound design. The tape based process, modular synth and Hologram Electronics pedals were applied to the X patch.
Wremena is a recreation of the beautifully sounding handmade PRS guitar. By means of the vintage and modern analog gears it was transformed into the unique and sufficiently warm instrument, that still has the familiar cozy sound.
The Quilcom SIM-HG is a synth designed to simulate the sound of Hurdy Gurdies without using samples. There’s no such thing as a “standard” Hurdy Gurdy so the SIM-HG can create a wide range of sounds.

Our little journey through time continues….
Entered destination of our time machine is again London in 1967.
This is the first instrument of the “LUCY’s Diamonds” collection!
If you like the sound of Sir Paul’s Bass, you will enjoy the “McCart H*FNER BASS”.
The real strength of this bassguitar lies in its playability. No machine gun effect thanks to Multi-Round-Robin. The typical M*cca-feeling can be felt due to the different articulations.
Here are the main features:
– clear and easy to use interface
– Multi-Round-Robin and articulations
– Kontakt 5.4.3 and above (48khz/24bit)
– dead easy velocity control for a convincing natural-sounding bass performance! Playing hard: note with more H*FNER attack / playing soft: slidy tone
– clever script: Modwheel for SUSTAIN/black “c” for STOPing sustain with humanized bass noise.
– Straight Into Tape (15 IPS)
