Swamp XT is a timbre modulation synthesizer. It can create unique sounds from clear & harsh metallic sequenced sounds to soft & wide modulated Pads. This is achieved by modulating the timbre on the oscillator level.
Swamp XT features ‘Timbre-modulation’: It processes each oscillator’s waveform in a very unique way by changing (i.e. enriching or limiting) the harmonic spectrum making the sound fatter, wider or narrower, right down to nearly dissolving it to some kind of distorted noise, depending on the input wave.
While the original Swamp had an oscillator routing to balance its output between normal (i.e. direct signal) and timbre modulated signal, which could each be balanced to go to direct out or to filter, this has been simplified in Swamp XT: direct und timbre modulated signal can be balance mixed to one signal and the output of both oscillators can be balance mixed too. While the direct and filtered signal can be balanced at the amplifier stage of Swamp XT.
Swamp XT delivers a wide variety of sounds – including some really strange and weird.
2 digital oscillators running at a time to be selected from:– 2 PCM wave oscillators powered by 128 different waveforms.
– 2 additive wavetable generators to create various waves from up to 31 partials.
1 resonant filter (24db Lowpass).
4 ADSR-style envelope generators.
X-Torsion, one Spook effect, one Gator (Gater) effect.
An FFT-based 1024-channel vocoder. The modulator input – usually a sung or simpjy spoken voice – is analyzed with respect to its spectral content, which is then applied to the other sound source. The latter may be any externally supplied signal ranging from pink noise, synth pads, guitar or even drums. Alternatively, there is an internal, MIDI driven synth which is optimized for best speech reproduction fidelity. You can blend the high frequencies with noise for natural-sounding sibilants. There is also a noise gate, a compressor and a stereo reverb on board.
Here is a summary of La Voz Cantante’s features:
FFT based 1024-channel vocoder.
Stereo inputs for carrier and modulator, respectively.
Optional MIDI input to drive internal synth as carrier.
Polyphony with unlimited number of voices.
Up to three voices per note with adjustable relative detuning and stereo width.
Octave, semitone and fine tuning controls.

Bekannteste User waren u.a.
5 Soundbanks (total amount of 40 Patches) for the RMI Harmonic Vsti by Tom Saouz
The Original was a very rare (only 4 units were sold) and special Synthesizer – a real gem in Additive Synthesis.
It was used by Jean-Michel Jarre and Klaus Schulze, for example.
The RMI Harmonic VSTi is an accurate emulation and could produce some of the original sounds (without the original sequencer).
In my soundbanks you can find huge additive pads, Vocalsounds, some Keys and Bells, many Sequencer-Food, some SFX, for sure really good organs, Additive Leads and a lot of retrosounds from the 70s.
There are 5 banks (8 sounds pro bank) with a total amount of 40 Patches.
Have a good listen to this sounddemo – it shows, what these sounds are made for. Only sounds from the banks were used in this demo (except the drums) and played without the use of external effects (except a sequencer).
For download the banks you have to register in the forum – it´s free!
Our commercial plugins offer many more features, but these are still extraordinary when compared to most plugins on the market. You can extend the features of these free plugins at any time by purchasing a licence.
14.16 changes Added enhanced aliasing improving the audio quality for most saturation algorithms available throughout the plugins. The downside is slightly higher CPU usage. It can be disabled from settings if needed. MXXXCore and MSuperLooper now also unlock MTurboReverb with only MTurboReverbLE licence and Equalizer with MFilter licence. Added native Apple Silicon CPU (currently M1) support. Added "Profile mixer" to MCabinet. Added groups to MMultiAnalyzer. Easy screen locks for title buttons have been moved to the left for consistency reasons. Preset search fields are now highlighted in red to highlight them and avoid confusion when user forgets that something is written in there. Added "High accuracy" switch to MCCGenerator. MultiParameters in banks mode can now create custom categorization for switcher menu by setting banks names to "category#text". Added Channel parameter to MIDI settings / Program change in presets. Holding Alt when clicking various copy buttons will allow exporting as XML button for editing as text. You can then edit the text and ctrl + pasting it back.
